• How many people can go on charter?

Our OUPV License issued by the United States Coast Guard allows us to take 6 paying customers on board.

• What should we bring with us?

A cooler for food such as sandwiches, light snacks etc. and a cooler for drinks, alcohol is permitted, with responsible consumption. Motion sickness OTC pills "Bonine" taken the night before, and morning of, and lotion sunscreen vs. spray. We provide ALL fishing rods, gear, bait, and fishing licenses.

• Do we keep the fish caught, and who can filet them?

All fish caught must strictly meet all requirements outlined by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality in order to keep, we will also gladly filet, and freezer ziploc bag the fish for you.

• Is it customary in the charter industry to tip?

Great question! As any industry that provides a service, tips are greatly appreciated, a customary tip would be considered 15-20% of your trip total.

• What is the primary fishing method we will use?

The most productive way our boat is set up for fishing is by  trolling, we do this by putting out several lines into the water. We will never stop the boat, and we do NOT bottom fish.
